Dear fans,
It is with sadness and regret that we must announce the break up of Eastbourne's finest rock band, RipChord.
The remaining band members would like to issue this statement:
"After many years serving the diverse entertainment needs of the community it has been decided to disband RipChord due to our growing despair with the search for a rhythm section."
Ross Towner & Dave Page have been forced to seek pastures new in the big smoke, the nation's capital, London.
The 'Chord will be celebrating their music and life together in a final performance at Bar Blue in Eastbourne on the 29th of August 2006. We hope to see you there. Wailing and rending of garments is encouraged.
